Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is always top of mind for me.  Although each piece is made with care and to the highest quality, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, I happily accept returns within 15 days of delivery on all "ready to ship" and "made to order" work.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

To initiate a return, please reach out to camille@broadwickfibers.com.  I will reply to your email in 1-2 business days. 

Custom work is not eligible for return.  That said, the buyer is kept up to date throughout the process and will have ample opportunities to approve the work and ensure they are happy with the finished piece.  There are several approval stages throughout the custom development process including a final approval before shipping and the payment of the balance.  I will always work with you to ensure your custom piece is perfect for your space.
