This weaving is ready to ship!  Made from 100% hand dyed and felted merino wool and boasting all the colors of an underwater dreamland, this is a fun statement piece.  I originally came up with the idea for this work after scuba diving for the first time.  I was awed by all of the vibrant colors and magical shapes under the water and I hope this piece will bring its viewers to another world in that same way.

 

This wall hanging measures 3.5 ft long x 7ft tall and stands out from the wall approximately 7 inches.  Crafted from hand dyed and felted merino wool. You can follow along on instagram to learn more about this work's construction materials

Please handle with care.  Camille's weavings are designed to be a decorative wall hanging, not used as a rug. A gentle steaming is welcome to help straighten fringe after shipping. No routine maintenance is required other than an occasional dusting with a feather duster.

I absolutely love working on large scale commissions, so please get in touch if you're interested in something similar but would like some variations or adjustments to better suit your space.  I hand dye all of my own yarns, so matching a particular color palette is right up my alley! Gorgeous Wall Hanging for Library Reading Nook!

It was such a pleasure working with Camile from Broadwick to design a custom wall hanging for our newly constructed library wall and reading nook.
